Yogyakarta, KabarJawa.com – Yogyakarta Atma Jaya University (UAJY) received a visit from Pangudi Luhur Sedayu High School students and teachers on Wednesday (15/07/2026). This visit was attended by 137 participants, including 129 students and 8 teachers and employees.
Drs. Ign. Agus Putranto, M.Sc., Head of the UAJY Cooperation and Promotion Office (KKP) welcomed the students and teachers of Pangudi Luhur Sedayu High School directly.
In his speech he invited them to start planning for the future from an early age, especially in facing global challenges and competition with foreign workers.
“When choosing a university, don’t just follow other people’s choices. Choose a field of science that has future prospects so you can become a leader,” he said.
Agus added that in a competition there are only two results, namely winning and losing.
“Because, in a competition there are only two results, namely the winner and the loser. Be the winner who is part of the solution, not part of the problem,” he said.
After the speech, the event continued with the presentation of souvenirs from the two institutions as well as ice breaking and presentation of UAJY’s profile.
On this occasion, UAJY student who is also an alumnus of Pangudi Luhur Sedayu High School, Gwen Aurora also gave an impression while studying at Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta.

According to him, studying at UAJY makes it very easy because all learning systems are technology-based.
“I feel very helped by the learning system at Atma Jaya which is technology-based. All college needs, from viewing material, collecting assignments, to getting lecture information, can be accessed easily through the campus learning site,” said Gwen, who is a student of the Communication Science Study Program class of 2025.
The series of activities ended with a campus tour to the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (Campus IV) and the Faculty of Technology (Campus II).
During the visit, the students were introduced to the lecture atmosphere, academic support facilities, and various laboratories owned by UAJY, including an explanation of the function and use of laboratory equipment.
Through this activity, UAJY hopes that students will gain new insights that can be used as provisions in choosing and preparing for their educational future.
Drs. Markoes Padmonegoro, representative of accompanying teachers from Pangudi Luhur Sedayu High School expressed his gratitude for the welcome from UAJY and for providing space for his students to visit.
He hopes that this visit can open students’ insight into the world of higher education.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
