Regent Endah revealed that Gunungkidul has extraordinary potential that has been a tourist attraction.

He mentioned a row of exotic beaches, stunning karst landscapes, and authentic authentic culture.

“Every year, Gunungkidul is visited by an average of more than three million tourists. In the future, we want to lift this positive image, not only for domestic tourists, but also foreign countries,” he said.

Endah asserted, regional branding is not only the duty of the government, but the responsibility of all citizens.

He invited the community to become a local ambassador who promoted the beauty and strength of the character of Gunungkidul.

“Our society is tough, like the cassava stem. Pucking anywhere, keep growing. Let’s prove that Gunungkidul is beautiful, tough, and characterized,” he added.

The Head of the DIY Industry and Trade Office, Yuni Pancawati, who was present, gave a strategic view of the world of marketing.

He asserted that marketing and sales have a different role but complement each other.

“Marketing builds long -term brand imagery, while sales focus on short -term targets. Both must run balanced, especially in the Era of the Internet of Things,” Yuni explained.

Yuni also mentioned that the IMF 2025 became a strategic space to introduce various latest innovations and developments in the world of marketing.

This event, according to him, as well as strengthening relations between business people, industry, and government.

“The solid collaboration of these three sectors will strengthen the position of Yogyakarta as a developing economic center. Through the Jogja For Impact program, we not only encourage economic progress, but also ensure social, environmental and cultural sustainability,” he said.
