Kulonprogo Police Chief Sertijab, AKBP Ridho Hidayat Replaces AKBP Wilson Bugner

KabarJawa.com — AKBP Ridho Hidayat, SIK, MH officially served as Head of the Kulonprogo Resort Police (Kapolres) through a handover procession which was held at the Kulonprogo Police Headquarters yard.

The ceremony took place solemnly and marked the change of leadership within the Kulonprogo Police.

The handover marked the end of AKBP Dr. Wilson Bugner F. Pasaribu, SIK, MH as Kulonprogo Police Chief and the start of the leadership of AKBP Ridho Hidayat.

The series of activities were carried out in accordance with police traditions and reflected the continuity of the Polri’s duties in maintaining security and public order.

Welcoming New Police Chief and Appreciation to Old Officials

In his first speech, AKBP Ridho Hidayat expressed his gratitude for the trust given to him to lead the Kulonprogo Police.

He thanked all staff for the welcome given and assessed that internal solidity is an important asset in carrying out tasks.

AKBP Ridho Hidayat also expressed his appreciation to his predecessor, AKBP Dr. Wilson Bugner F. Pasaribu, for his performance and achievements while leading the Kulonprogo Police.

“As the new Kulonprogo Police Chief, we ask permission to continue the duties and responsibilities that have been carried out by Mr. AKBP Dr. Wilson Bugner F. Pasaribu. He has made many extraordinary achievements and accomplishments in managing the dynamics of the Kulonprogo area which is developing very quickly,” said AKBP Ridho Hidayat.

He emphasized his commitment to continue efforts to maintain security and public order and improve legal services that are professional, humane and fair.

According to him, successful implementation of tasks requires the support of all personnel, synergy with local government, and community participation.

Degradation of Old Positions and Future Hopes

On the same occasion, AKBP Dr. Wilson Bugner F. Pasaribu expressed his thanks to all Kulonprogo Police personnel and the community for their support during his term of office. He stated that the various achievements achieved were the result of joint work.

He hopes that programs that have not been implemented can be continued and perfected by the new Police Chief.

AKBP Wilson Bugner also apologized for his shortcomings while on duty and asked for blessings to continue his service as Head of Binops Ro Ops for the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Police.

AKBP Ridho Hidayat expressed his prayers and hopes that the old officials would be given smoothness and health in carrying out their duties in their new place. He emphasized that his family relationship with AKBP Wilson Bugner was maintained.

The series of office handovers closed with a joint prayer. With the leadership of AKBP Ridho Hidayat, the Kulonprogo Police entered a new period of duty in carrying out police functions, especially in maintaining security and order in the Kulon Progo Regency area.
