Important Documents Piling Up in School Warehouse, Officials Now Hostel at SDN Tlogoadi

Tlogoadi/Special Elementary School

KabarJawa.com – The atmosphere which is usually full of educational service activities at the Mlati Education Regional Coordinator’s Office (Korwil) has now changed drastically.

The spaces that for years have been the center of educational coordination in the Mlati region appear empty. The filing cabinet is open. Important files move. A number of office furniture disappeared from their positions.

The building which has been home to the Mlati Education Regional Coordinator must be vacated. The government designated the building as the location for the Tlogoadi Red and White Village Cooperative (KDMP).

As a result of this policy, the management of the Mlati Regional Education Coordinator was forced to leave for a short time. They are now staying in the Administration room at SDN Tlogoadi with limited conditions.

Mlati Education Regional Coordinator Transfer Process

Monitoring at the location showed that the transfer process was taking place in a hurry. A number of educational documents that had been stored neatly had to be moved to the school warehouse. This document is not an ordinary file.

It contains asset accountability reports, goods mutation recapitulations, and reports on the realization of the use of Educational Unit Operational Assistance (BOSP).

Piles of important archives are now stored in a room that is considered inadequate to ensure the security of state documents.

This condition raises concerns from various parties. One of them came from the Deputy Chair of the National District/City Education Council Forum, Sudiyo.

Sudiyo admitted that he was concerned about the fate of the institution which has been the spearhead of educational services in the Mlati area.

According to him, the main problem does not lie in the existence of the KDMP, but in the relocation process which took place suddenly without the readiness of a replacement location.

“Because it had to be empty, they finally moved and occupied the narrow space. Meanwhile the others didn’t have a place,” he said.

Sudiyo believes that the government should prepare a new location first before asking the Mlati Education Regional Coordinator to leave the old office.

He questioned the extent of the government’s support for the education sector when educational service institutions had to move without certainty of a suitable place to work.

“It is worth questioning the government’s support for education. It would still be understandable if they told us to move but they have provided a place. But here there is no place to move,” he said.

The situation is even more complicated because the occupants of the building are not only the Mlati Education Regional Coordinator. A number of educational support organizations also occupy the same building.

The Republic of Indonesia Employees Cooperative (KPRI) Mlati was also affected. The cooperative administrators are now living in the School Health Unit (UKS) room at SDN Tlogoadi.

Apart from that, Dharma Wanita and the Principal’s Working Group (KKS) also have to look for alternative new locations after leaving the old building.

They face the same problem, namely the absence of a replacement location that is ready to use. Sudiyo said that the transfer process took place very quickly.

Meeting regarding vacating the new building on Friday (12/6). At the meeting, the building residents only had about one week to vacate all the rooms.

This very short time meant that the transfer process was an emergency. Many important documents had to be moved as they were.

Some office equipment does not yet have a permanent storage location. Meanwhile, educational administration services must continue to operate despite limited space.

This condition raises concerns regarding the security of state assets and documents.

The Reason Still a Question

Sudiyo emphasized that he had no problem with the Red and White Village Cooperative program which was a strategic government program.

However, he questioned the reasons behind the transfer process taking place so suddenly.

“We don’t disagree with the existence of KDMP. But the problem is, why were you suddenly asked to move, what’s the matter,” he said.

In the midst of this polemic, information emerged regarding the location that would become the new office for the Mlati Education Regional Coordinator.

Sudiyo said the government plans to move the Mlati Regional Education Coordinator to SDN Nglarang which is affected by the toll road project.

The school is planned to move to a new location because part of the land is affected by a national strategic project.

Later, some of the buildings that are not affected by the toll road project will be used as offices for the Mlati Regional Education Coordinator.

However, this plan cannot be realized in the near future. Until now, SDN Nglarang is still used for teaching and learning activities.

School activities continue to run normally so the building cannot be used as the new office for the Mlati Education Regional Coordinator.

As a result, the Mlati Education Regional Coordinator had to find a temporary solution by occupying the Tlogoadi Elementary School Administration room. On the other hand, the Tlogoadi District Government has its own reasons for determining the location of the KDMP.

Head of Tlogoadi Village, Sutarja, explained that the former Mlati Education Regional Coordinator building was chosen because it has a strategic position and meets various administrative and spatial requirements.

According to him, this location is not hampered by the status of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B) or Protected Rice Field (LSD). Apart from that, the building area is also considered sufficient to support KDMP operations.

“The transfer of the office has also gone through a meeting process at the district level. The plan is that next week there will be another meeting,” he said.

A similar explanation was given by the Head of the Sleman Regency Education Service, Mustadi. He emphasized that determining the location of the KDMP was not done unilaterally.

The government has carried out coordination and discussions with various parties from sub-district to district levels.

“It’s been coordinated, so it’s not one-sided,” he said.

Mustadi also ensured that the Mlati Regional Education Coordinator’s services would continue even though the office location had moved.

According to him, the change of location does not disrupt educational administration services to schools in the Mlati area.

However, behind this statement, the facts on the ground show a different picture.

Employees must share space with school activities. Educational support organizations lose offices.

Important documents are stored in unrepresentative warehouses. Meanwhile, certainty regarding the permanent office is still waiting for the transfer to SDN Nglarang to be realized.

Ironically, all of this happens when the education sector should receive full support to run public services optimally.

Now, in a narrow corner of the Administrative Room at SDN Tlogoadi, the employees of the Mlati Education Regional Coordinator are trying to carry out their duties as usual.

They serve the needs of school administration, manage educational data, and supervise various learning programs.

In the midst of limited space and uncertainty about the future of their offices, the wheels of educational services must still turn.

Meanwhile, the old building which for years has been the education coordination center in Mlati is preparing to enter a new chapter as home to the Red and White Village Cooperative. (ef linangkung)

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
