KabarJawa.com — Train passenger activity in the KAI Operational Area (Daop) 6 Yogyakarta increased on the 7th day of the 2026 Eid transport period, Tuesday, March 17 2026.
KAI recorded a total of 48,080 long-distance train passengers boarding and alighting at a number of stations in the area.
Based on temporary data as of 09.00 WIB, the number of passengers arriving in the Daop 6 area was recorded at 25,909 people. Meanwhile, the number of departing passengers reached 22,131 people.
This figure still has the potential to change because ticket sales and passenger movements continue into the evening.
Addition of Extra Eid Cars
To anticipate the high demand for travel during the homecoming period, KAI Daop 6 Yogyakarta added one additional Eid train trip.
With this addition, a total of 13 additional trains will operate from the Daop 6 area during the Eid transport period.
The newest additional train serves the Solo Balapan–Gambir route with a departure schedule at 23.20 WIB from Solo Balapan Station.
KAI Daop 6 Yogyakarta Public Relations Manager, Feni Novida Saragih, stated that the addition of train trips aims to increase seating capacity while providing additional schedule options for the public.
Thousands of Tickets Still Available
Even though the number of passengers has increased, train tickets are still available for people who want to travel during Eid.
KAI Daop 6 Yogyakarta noted that 3,826 departure tickets were still available from the area until midnight.
Overall, ticket sales for the period 11 March to 1 April 2026 have reached 406,922 tickets.
This amount is equivalent to around 76 percent of the total capacity of 533,270 tickets provided during the Eid transport period.
Thus, there are still around 126,348 tickets that can be ordered until the end of the service period.
Station with the Highest Passenger Volume
A number of stations in the Daop 6 area recorded quite high passenger volumes. For passenger arrivals, Yogyakarta Station recorded the highest number with 12,991 passengers.
Solo Balapan Station was in the next position with 6,016 passengers, followed by Lempuyangan Station with 5,509 passengers.
Other stations such as Klaten, Purwosari and Wates also recorded significant numbers of passenger arrivals.
For passenger departures, Yogyakarta Station again recorded the highest number with 10,464 passengers.
Lempuyangan Station recorded 5,992 departing passengers, while Solo Balapan Station recorded 5,139 passengers.
Purwosari, Klaten and Wates stations also experienced increased passenger activity.
Advisory for Passengers
KAI Daop 6 Yogyakarta urges the public to prepare well for travel during the Eid transport period.
Passengers are asked to confirm the departure schedule and arrange their travel time to the station so as not to arrive too close to the departure time.
Apart from that, ticket orders can be made through various official channels such as the Access by KAI application, the kai.id site, or official sales partners.
KAI also recommends that passengers use the Connecting Train feature or connecting trains as an alternative travel route.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
